Insolvency and collection of credits, foreclosures and pledges
We represent situations of personal or corporate insolvency, advice on their restructuring and also on the collection of outstanding claims, executive proceedings and adjacent pledges, both on the creditor and debtor side. Insolvency is a judicial process that seeks to recover a debtor's credits. This type of process determines that all the debtor's assets are at the disposal of most creditors, for a certain period of time, through a payment plan or exoneration of the remaining liabilities and, alternatively, the liquidation of the debtor's assets. Insolvency can be of companies or persons (individuals).
